Named after a Sylmar urban legend in which things roll up hill, our 818 interpretation of this traditional Trappist style is our attempt at a gravity-defying flavor experience.

Black Cat Moan is our take on an imperial stout. We maxed out our mash kettle with this monster coming in at 11.1% ABV. She is a roasty beast with coco, cacao, espresso, and dark fruit notes yet not boozy and balanced out by her floral hop backbone. Take this beast home for the perfect beer float!

Non-Alcoholic - Pale Ale • 0.5% ABV
This moderate strength pale ale is the perfect potion for hop-lovers everywhere. With a hazy appearance and a juicy hop profile that screams tropical fruit and candied citrus, SoBear will have you under its spell in no time. It's all thanks to a clever brewing technique where we add the hops late in the process, giving you all the flavor and aroma, with none of the bitterness. But what really sets our Hazy
apart is its silky smooth mouthfeel. It's like drinking a cloud! We achieve this magic by using high-protein malts like wheat and oats, along with a dash of witchery. The end result? A beer that's so drinkable and refreshing, you'll want to cast a spell for it every day.
